They think nobody is watching them. Wrong. |
The largest slave trading nation Britain used slave traders to transport 85,000 convict slaves to lutruwita. Then they carried-out genocide of the Aboriginal people. Today every adult Tasmanian is represented by 21 parliamentarians. The state is a bankrupt, colonialist basket case. We Can Do Better Than Paywall Mainstream Media
Today the World is crippled by debt. Many countries are dictatorships. Corrupt corporations got rich destroying the Earth's climate. Many economies are now unstable. Our current role is exposing Australia's corrupt, self-serving media.

Examiner has a great article on the farce Integrity Commission and how it reacts if one of its employees tries to do its job:
http://www.examiner.com.au/story/763073/etters-claims-slammed-in-court/?cs=95
Note that no Tas media outlet will allow the public to comment in relation to that matter, i.e. readers commenting is not enabled on that article as it exists on Tas Times, Examiner and Mercury, e.g. see that no commenting is allowed at Mercury'shttp://www.themercury.com.au/article/2012/11/07/365530_scalesofjustice.html
As for Tas Times, it wont even put a weblink to those articles on its website so its readers will in general be unaware of the existence of the Barbara Etter hearing. The reason possibly is that Tas Times wont display an article if it doesn't want to allow reader commenting.
Why can't InsideTasmania mirror these articles on its website and allow the public to comment? That would be such a breath of fresh air. In theory, none of these media outlets will allow readers commenting on their online Etter articles until the Supreme Court hearing is fully completed, and the two week period allowed for appeal by either the applicant or respondent has elapsed. How ridiculous. In relation to this particular subject of Integrity Commission then-CEO not being allowed to do her job, the public outcry is absolutely thunderous and should be heard.
I think Tasmanian Times editor/founder has become part of this white collar criminal bunch.
I'd swear Linz is matie with the state electoral commissioner and that guy is definitely dishonest. Augers badly for the fairness of state and local government elections that the Tasmanian Electoral Commissioner presides over.
Each of Giddings and Hodgman say they are honest:

Gay or not isn't the issue, but honesty is and if a TT editor and electoral commissioner are Gay mafia, that cannot be tolerated in the case of the state Electoral Commissioner. I am particularly concerned whenever I see the longtime deputy promoted into the top job when the top job is as important as state Electoral Commissioner is, in a state where there is no properly functioning anti-corruption watchdog, where the CEO of the improperly functioning anti-corruption watchdog resigns citing state government interference with her role, furthermore state police Internal Investigations is a sham, the state courts are presided over by a Chief Justice who hears cases where his brother is the barrister for one of the parties to the matter, and where Ombudsman Tasmania is a sham. Fortunately now with the emergence of www.InsideTasmania.com, those who find themselves unable get TasmanianTimes.com to publish material, can instead submit it to unaligned www.InsideTasmania.com
Both Gay mafia ? in response to I'd swear TT editor is matie with the state electoral commissioner and in my opinion that guy is definitely dishonest. Augers badly for the fairness of state and local government elections that the Tasmanian Electoral Commissioner presides over
Bloddy Tas Public Service, and especially the West Tamar Council, completely stinks. I don't know what it is going to take to get rid of that council general manager. Very suspicious the council election results and with the Integrity Commission so lacking, one wonders just how much rorting of council election voting is going on. Having said that, at least there seems to be some activity coming from the Integrity Commission to take on West Tamar's corruption: see http://www.themercury.com.au/article/2012/10/22/364330_tasmania-news.html http://www.examiner.com.au/story/409778/council-told-to-hand-over-staff-emails/ Tas Times was informed of these articles about WTamar Council but does not seem to have put it on the TT website. Maybe TT-editor Linz Tuffin is overworked? Or did TT-legal say no readers comments should be permitted because WTamar Council might still choose to appeal the Supreme Court decision? At least anonymously internet-registered Inside Tasmania has no problems with it
