Hungary's long term dictator Viktor Orban. We call this piece of effluent 'Viktor Oblong' due to his retarded body shape.
This small-brained authoritarian thug decided to pull Hungary out of the International Criminal Court. People like Oblong are taking the human race back to the dark ages. We know how to stop them because we can ridicule them forever while they can only shut people up once.
