How Dump's Scalp Reduction Surgery Led To A Brutal Rape

President Dump had scalp reduction surgery in 1989. The surgery is performed on patients with balding on the crown of the head. Hang-in there reader because this story is insane and true. It was made under oath as part of Ivana Trump's divorce case in New York in 1990.

Dump's Plan For Dictatorship

Dump is very impressed by all dictators but he feels like a junior dictator because the US Constitution only allows 2 terms per president. So Dump is planning to get 3 terms for himself even though he would be 86 when a third term ends.

Changing Constitutions is very hard because the long-dead people who wrote them wanted to control the future from beyond the grave. Two-thirds majority votes to alter them are common. Dump thinks he will change the US Constitution by Presidential Decree. He's hoping his signed document over-rides the older document. 

The part of the Constitution that need's changing is the Second Amendment.
