Ukraine Has Never Declared War On Russia - Dump Has Lost His Mind

Dump spent this week threatening Zelensky and demanding he stop the war except Ukraine never declared war. Only Russia declared war with the 'Special Military Operation' three years ago based on fraud. Previously Putin shot-down MH 17 over Ukraine as a false flag operation. Putin is simply reassembling the old USSR and using the totally compromised POTUS to help him. 

The number of people taking advantage of Dump's serious mental illness is getting bigger every day. One of Putin's false reasons to invade Ukraine was to fight fascism yet we saw Musk doing Nazi salutes at Dump's inauguration. 

Look at the history of the Russian invasion of Ukraine? Look at the 2014 Russian annexation of Crimea known as the Russian-Ukraine War? Ukraine has never declared war on Russia yet a mentally ill US President wants them to negotiate a surrender to Russia in return for the US looting their resources. 

Dump Will Be Referred To The International Criminal Court

Putin and Netanyahu have arrest warrants for them in most countries of the World. Soon POTUS will join them. Dump is a war criminal for supporting the Russian, North Korean and Iranian invasion of Ukraine. He is also trying to benefit financially from two wars. Dump should be rotting in prison. He is a psychopath with extraordinary delusions of grandeur. Look at the fake Time Magazine cover that POTUS actually posted to X himself. The sun king WTF?

Dump's Plan For Dictatorship

Dump is very impressed by all dictators but he feels like a junior dictator because the US Constitution only allows 2 terms per president. So Dump is planning to get 3 terms for himself even though he would be 86 when a third term ends.

Changing Constitutions is very hard because the long-dead people who wrote them wanted to control the future from beyond the grave. Two-thirds majority votes to alter them are common. Dump thinks he will change the US Constitution by Presidential Decree. He's hoping his signed document over-rides the older document. 

The part of the Constitution that need's changing is the Second Amendment.
