What Happened When The World's Biggest Country Attacked A Smaller Neighbour?

History has a habit of not turning out as predicted. Russian dictator Putin lived thru the collapse of the USSR and vowed to someday rebuild their empire. Even after the USSR collapsed, Russia was still the biggest country on Earth by land mass. As the 3 year point of Putin's failed invasion approaches this is what Russians see at the supermarket.

What's happened is a nightmare for Putin. EU sanctions, Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries and the catastrophic loss of over one million Russian men have bought the Russian trucking industry to a standstill. In a country the size of Russia, covering 5 time zones, trucking and rail is the life line of the country. After watching the MrWARLOG channel, we see Russia no longer has the ability to produce diesel. That's what drives the entire Russian road freight industry AND it's rail network. It's become too expensive to run the trucks that run Russia. The rail system is tied-up carrying weapons and is regularly sabotaged. 

This video was enlightening because it poses the question, 'in trying to rebuild the Soviet Union has Putin simply re-created the same conditions that forced it to collapse? In 2026 we may see the break-up of Russia into smaller ethnic states or colonized by China and Kazakhstan.
