Yes, this happened this week. While the retarded president and Pete Hogsbreath were committing war crimes in the Caribbean using missiles to kill unarmed people in the sea, Dump pardoned the ex-Honduras president doing a 45 year stretch in a US prison for attempting to import 400 tons of cocaine into the US.
Dump told a lot of lies about blowing-up Venezuelan boats. Many of those lies were fact-checked here.
