While the retarded president and Pete Hogsbreath were committing war crimes in the Caribbean using missiles to kill unarmed people in the sea, Dump pardoned the ex-Honduras president doing a 45 year stretch in a US prison for attempting to import 400 tons of cocaine into the US.
