2019 started amid global chaos caused by the bankrupt, hapless and inept elected governments of the World. It looks more and more like democracy doesn't work but hasn't that already been predicted? Here are some issues we thought worth covering.

The US shutdown is being presented as a conflict over funding for Trump's Mexican border wall but it's actually about crippling debt.

In decades past, economists developed the 'debt is good' idea as well as the 'good debt, bad debt' concept. They didn't imagine that by 2019 US politicians would be using the debt ceiling as a blunt instrument to batter each other over the head with. This one has a way to go before it plays out until the next big shutdown. US government debt is currently close to $22 trillion, a figure nobody in Australia can even comprehend.

After years of anguish over leaving or staying in the EU it's now close to the March 29 date when the Poms are supposed to leave.

Psychopath Of The Year Award For 2018

This year we decided to have a 'Psychopath of the Year Award'. Choosing a worthy winner was harder than we thought. With totalitarian dictatorships in China and probably India, the 2 Asian population monsters are well on the way to destroying life on Earth. But who is even noticing? Certainly not the hopelessly corrupt and compromised 'Western' leaders.

The profoundly arrogant Saudi prince Bin Salman was considered after the dismembering of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, but we see Bin Salman as just a festering sore on the putrid fundamentalist ulcer that is Saudi Arabia. The world can live without religious nutjobs but it will not happen in our lifetimes.

But right behind Bin Salman and refusing to condemn him was fellow sword dancer Donald Trump. Apparently Trump ticks all the boxes on most psychopath personality tests. With his self-centered and dysfunctional performance as 'leader of the free world' we can see why. Here we have a criminal president, bribed by the National Rifle Association to wage war on the children of his own country. The very people he stood to represent. Even worse, Trump is actively destroying the climate of this planet so the children of the US will live their lives in a climatic nightmare. Scott Morrison And The 'Battle Of Armageddon' Delusion

We will say categorically that it ain't going to happen. Even after all 'nine specific prophesies' have been met there will be no second coming. Morrison will still be waiting. How do we know this?

Consider this? An alleged 'god' entity creates a planet where almost every creature has to kill and eat other creatures to survive. Then this cosmic butcher somehow loses control of his horrendous little planet to a 'satan' entity that could only have been originally created by the god entity. What an idiotic belief system? No wonder the phuktards are always abusing children?


So it's a myth, and because people who believe in myths have been slaughtering each other for thousands of years humanity needs to call then out in the 21st Century. We don't accept Trump and baby-Trump Scott Morrison's fake Armageddon philosophy. Grow-up idiots and look at the real problems for a change?

Identifying Islamic Indoctrination In The 21st Century

Incredibly, in the 21st century we see stories of mobile phone carrying religious zombies calling for the murder of a Pakistani woman whose only crime was sipping from a cup of water on a hot day.

Comment. We hold no religious beliefs. Notice the farm workers 'demanded' the woman convert to Islam? Historically this is how most of the Middle East became Moslem - by force. This is a totally flawed belief system because it does not hold up to rational scrutiny whatsoever. What's interesting about Islam compared to the other delusional Abrahamic religions, is that Islam has essentially locked all the psychological doors and captured it's victims using violence, threats of violence and death. This is an important clue that assures us Islam is a fake religion engineered for power and control. Hence we see mass-indoctrination and absolute peer-pressure to conform to ideas that hold no foundation. This is mass brainwashing of a relentless form.

In Australia we see Islam allegedly being 'sanitised' by media personality Waleed Aly. We know Aly criticised Islamic State calling them 'bastards' but we would like to know Aly's position on blasphemy. We would also appreciate Aly's views on 'apostasy' which is supposedly the crime of leaving a religion

We are saddened by the multiple problems of the world, but we also acknowledge Australia remained mostly terrorism-free after the colonial invasion and before Moslems began to arrive here in greater numbers. At present 63 people are dead and 631 are unaccounted for in the California 'Camp Fire' that destroyed the towns of Paradise, Magalia and Concow.

The Hodgman-Courtney-Whittington Trade Mission To China

In September 2018, Premier Will Hodgman and Primary Industries Minister Sarah Courtney led a delegation to China. Will Hodgman had to take 3 days off parliament because he thought representing China was more important than representing Tasmania. Also on the trip was Dr John Whittington, head of DPIPWE  who was allegedly in a relationship with his boss Sarah Courtney.
Today we see Hodgman fending-off questions about the relationship in parliament.

Yet again, Hodgman will be holding a navel-gazing inquiry into his own government.
Problem. Hodgman  and Courtney are unable to conclude an inquiry anyway so why have one? Hodgman is still investigating his ex-mining minister Adam Brook's company emails. 2 years ago in June 2016, Hodgman announced a two-week audit by the Crown Solicitor of the emails to consider if there was a conflict of interest.

We are sure that was Tasmania's alleged 'environment minister' Elise Archer in Southern Cross Television's clip obediently vote to leave the Paris accord. From what we saw, the Liberals are total conformists when it comes to voting in front of their peers.

The comforting thing about the Neanderthal State Conference is the knuckle-draggers are still tearing themselves apart. They are divided on the GST, with Hungarian treasurer Josh Frydenberg believing the Tasmanian lie they are a booming economy and don't need more GST revenue than other states. We still maintain Frydenberg is a dual-national and knows it. Tasmania deserves to be whipped with the GST because they have shamelessly rorted the Australian taxpayer for decades. Look at how they collect $800 per shipping container with the Bass Strait freight subsidy with logs and woodchips stuffed in shipping containers?

Dutton Wants To Install Spyware On Mobile Phones

Today we read 'homeland security' minister Dutton is introducing a law that would install spyware on all mobile devices, potentially crashing the internet.
This is from somebody who is sitting in parliament illegally. Somebody who lied to parliament and breached the constitution by holding a pecuniary interest with the Commonwealth concerning his child care centres.
Dutton is possibly also a psychopath because he thinks flooding Pacific islands with rising sea levels is funny. 

 "Criminal syndicates and terrorists are increasingly misusing and, indeed, exploiting these technologies," Mr Dutton said in a speech last week introducing The Assistance and Access Bill 2018 to Parliament.

But isn't Duttons family trust a 'criminal syndicate' and didn't the LNP all obediently vote to enable Dutton to lie to parliament?

What about the big threat from a tax-exempt religion?
So what church or mosque does Islamic State go to anyway? They go to regular Sunni mosques because Peter Dutton's government insists they should be tax-exempt charities. This is a big lie because it's based on something that doesn't exist - 'beliefs' are not 'facts' yet Dutton's government is in the business of peddling belief over fact and then protecting us from the insane consequences.

Business certification group Global-Mark (GM) was founded in 2004 by French mechanical engineer Herve Michoux. By 2018 Global-Mark was certifying the entire Tasmanian logging industry as well as many other programs including plumbing, fire safety, training etc. GM are now players in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Herve Michoux made GM into a multinational company. GM are certifying Chinese manufactured products and have an office in Europe. Herve started the National Standards Development Organisation in Australia and has become a success story since arriving here 30 years ago.

Certification companies like GM are in turn certified by 'accreditation companies' such as Jas-ANZ  Responsible Wood and ASI who are responsible to the standard owners who are only responsible to themselves. For example, FSC claim to promote responsible management of forests, yet when have humans been able to manage anything responsibly, including themselves? These certification systems are just products without any legal basis and without real accountability.

Certification is a corporate protection racket in our view. It has replaced ethical and moral values and what was once called 'goodwill' with a lot of meaningless ticks and logos traded as commodities. Certification creates an official looking smokescreen behind which corruption can flourish.

Nepotism at Global-Mark


We found 5 people at Global-Mark with the surname 'Michoux'.  Benoit Michoux is probably Herve's brother and runs the French connection.

We believe Herve's wife Maria and daughters Laurent and Meilyn all work for GM at the North Ryde office.
It seems nepotism has spread to the staff with Tasmanian auditor Wayne Tibbits doing certification visits with alleged relative 'Jonathan Tibbits'. GM should award themselves a certificate for nepotism.

Certification fraud at Global-Mark

While investigating an alleged forged letter published by GM in relation to Reliance Forest Fibre, we discovered GM had issued multiple certificates to a company that legally didn't exist. Reliance Forest Fibre (RFF) was registered in the Cayman Islands in 2017, specifically to buy publicly-owned eucalypt plantations from the Tasmanian government. RFF then bought woodchip exporter Smartfibre and registered the entity with ASIC on March 16 2018. Unbelievably, Global-Mark published a full set of certificates online on March 6 2018 before RFF trading as Smartfibre had legally come into existence.

 

Global-Mark issued a set of certificates to RFF on March 6 which is the 'Certificate Last Update Date' and also the 'document creation date' in the document properties. That was 10 days before Reliance Forest Fibre trading as Smartfibre had became a legal trading entity in Australia. The set of fraudulent certificates is available here. 
In May Global-Mark issued the same set of certificates to RFF with different dates on them. They are on the GM website. 
GM also issued the same set of certificates to the previous owners of Smartfibre.
It's not possible to certify a company that doesn't exist so we call it 'fraud'. 

Why did this happen?
GM refused our requests for comment, so we can only surmise what they were doing: When large US corporation Global Forest Partners entered the Tasmanian logging industry using front company RFF, the cash registers were ringing so loudly at Global-Mark they failed to cover their tracks. What happened next shows why their certification is a scam, but it tells a deeper story.

In the 'gold standard' FSC system, we observed that resources and geographic sites rather than 'forest managers' and trading entities are being certified. Forestry companies change hands regularly and the Australian FSC system simply 'warehouses' certificates until a new owner appears and begins paying the certification fees. Certification is more about cash flow than standards or ethics. Certification fees are expensive with Global-Mark currently charging $2,000 per auditor day and $250 per hour for reviews.

The fees are a tax deduction for logging companies but in Tasmania they also buy you an auditor like Dr Wayne Tibbits. Tibbits is a logging insider with an alleged history of modifying eucalyptus trees. Tibbits failed to answer a series of questions pertaining to engineered trees and the FSC controlled wood standard in July 2018.
We tried a number of times to obtain a comment from Global-Mark and Dr Tibbits with no response. For this reason we do not engage in the FSC system or the other 'cash for certificates' schemes. FSC regards a palm oil plantation as a 'forest' when it is a 'crop'. The GM-certified plantations in Tasmania are crops not forests. This is why FSC is a fake system.

Corruption

Convict-based Tasmania is built on corruption. Their standard method is to use taxpayer funds to establish plantations, harvesting, freight subsidies etc, and then 'privatise' the profits through a company controlled by a 'mate'. The RFF-Tasmanian government deal follows this blueprint exactly. The corrupt Tasmanian government regularly awards contracts to companies that don't exist. Global-Mark knew they could fraudulently certify a non-existent company and get away with it. GM should certify their own corruption.

The state flower of Tasmania is eucalyptus globulus or 'bluegum'. The flowers are the main food source of critically endangered swift parrots. Tasmania can have up to 100,000 hectares of bluegum plantations at any time, but thanks to people like Wayne Tibbits and Herve Michoux no parrots will ever feed in these plantations because the trees are sterile. Tibbits knows exactly why that is but refuses to talk about it. We doubt if Michoux has even been to Tasmania or ever been in an Australian native forest.

Global-Mark does not certify real bluegums like these

Tasmanians have learned that to get offside with this corrupt industry can have fatal consequences. Environmentalists have been murdered in Tasmania allegedly by the logging-obsessed government. Today, huge swathes of the island have been transferred to foreign forestry funds, all registered in tax havens. Australian-owned companies are minor players because the margins on woodchips to Asia are pathetically low making tax avoidance mandatory. GM should issue certificates for tax avoidance.

The only market for Tasmanian woodchips is Asia but the Asian market is also degrading the quality of life of every person and unborn person on the planet due to climate change. 
Michoux is certifying everything except the future of the planet, which is obviously insignificant to him or GM. They should issue certificates for pushing China's population over 2 billion people.

Tree plantations provide almost no employment for decades. So why is Herve Michoux's system locking-up Tasmania and transferring it to foreign ownership? Would Michoux do that to France or is he exploiting the low-IQ of Australian politicians? Global-Mark should issue certificates for destroying the Australian economy.

Michoux and Tibbits have inflicted a loss-loss situation onto Tasmania, Australia and the rest of the planet. The allegedly corrupt, self-serving, nepotic and anti-Australian operatives at Global-Mark financially benefit from degrading the quality of life for all Australians. The GM hypocrites charge hundreds if not thousands of companies for 'compliance' while they fail to comply with any ethical standards at all. Corporate certification is similar to the derivatives products that caused the last financial meltdown. How about a certificate for immoral corporate behavior?

If you are in business anywhere in the world don't waste your time and money on fake certification schemes peddled by Global-Mark.

Overpopulation, climate change and collapsing ecosystems will force human beings back to a simpler way of life. People will demand basic goods and services rather than imaginary products. Australian Aborigines lived here sustainably for 50 thousand years but now we have 'managed mass extinctions' often certified by GM. Australian forests evolved over millennia with no 'foresters' and with no infantile certification ticks peddled by corporate parasites like Global-Mark.
