The Liberal Party are composed almost entirely of lawyers. You could call it a 'cabal'. The Australian public have finally realised the cabal has no basic concept of reality and responds in an ad-hoc and reactive manner.

The Liberal Lawyers are actually a 'Climate Change positive feedback loop'. As droughts, bushfires and catastrophic weather events smash Australia's bottom line, the cabal react by logging more forests, clearing more land, mining more coal and growing the population to compete with India and China. UNPACKING THE LIBERAL LAWYERS
The heart of an Australian lawyers' education is the maintenance of a colonial hereditary monarchy. Added-on are the contradictory ideas of 'equal opportunity', 'anti-discrimination' and freedom of speech and religion. As a result of their illogical training, an Australian lawyer believes in the intellectual equivalent of the Easter Bunny. They cannot tolerate critical analysis because they know they are just intellectual frauds.
A Liberal Lawyers thinking is based-on layers of 'privilege and entitlement' rather than layers of 'cause and effect'. No wonder they are a hilarious but devastating train wreck in slow motion?

THE 2018 LIBERAL FORESTRY BUNGLES
1. Neville Smith Forest Products (NSFP) sells a woodchip loading facility to a Cayman Islands-registered shelf company (RFF) so NSFP can build another woodchip loading facility, only to be blocked by an industrial fish farming company. The Liberals thought this was an issue for the companies to sort-out. They couldn't.
We predict questionable FSC certification company Global-Mark will transfer the Smartfibre controlled wood certificates to both NSFP and RFF.

2. Hodgman funds Hermal Group to manufacture CLTP (cross laminated timber panels) from Forico's pulp wood plantations.
Premier Hodgman gave wealthy Victorian Ron Goldschlager $13 million and a $30 million loan to kick off the project. Remember, Forico's 'genetically enhanced' nitens were developed over a 20 year period specifically to make paper. Nobody has ever made CLTP from pulpwood trees.
3 months later, the Tasmanian Liberal Cartel got UTAS (University of Tasmania) to issue a research grant to see if it's possible to make CLTP from pulpwood. Will Hodgman handed over $43 million before knowing if pulpwood trees can make CLTP.

Realising they can't export woodchips from anywhere in Southern Tasmania, the Liberal Lawyers hire Evan Rolley, alleged Labor head of Paul Lennons office, ex-CEO of Forestry Tasmania and accomplished forestry pyrotechnics expert. Rolley is also alleged to have bought Ta Ann to Tasmania, after studying with Hamed Sepawi at the ANU in 1974.
A month has passed and no Southern woodchip port is announced. Maybe Rolley will never announce it? One thing that ties Barnett and Rolley is their love of secrecy. Rolley has had TV docos suppressed and Barnett would sell the whole of Tasmania to China if he thought nobody was watching.

4. Liberals award a lucrative contract to a company that does not exist, which then goes broke. 'Majestic Timbers' was not even registered with ASIC when is supposedly won a 'contract' to export timber and woodchips in containers.  Now their phone is disconnected and their staff are unpaid.

Guy Barnett (who looks like he is experiencing deep existential pain) was so impressed by Rolley he hires him to the board of 'Private Forests Tasmania' which believe it or not is a government department. (Don't you love living on an island where hardly anyone understands English?) What an excellent appointment, but wouldn't Rolley better serve as 'Special Minister For Denying Forestry Caused Devil Facial Tumor Disease'? This is a theory that won't go away, so who better to manager it than expert in wine, forestry, shipping, dairying and plywood Evan Rolley? Evan Rolley is so talented in so many fields he could be the next Liberal Premier of Tasmania.

Tasmania Is The FSC Toilet Roll Of Asia

We Allege An FSC Conflict of Interest at Global-Mark
Toilet paper is made from woodchips. With 1.4 billion people, China is the Worlds largest market for toilet paper.
The Tasmania-Asia woodchip conveyor belt works 24-7, shipping woodchips to pulp mills, mostly in China and Taiwan. Often the woodchips are shipped in huge bulk carriers once used to transport coal.
The Asians don't care where the woodchips come from and the perpetually cash-strapped Tasmanian government are only too willing to grow the Asian population explosion by supplying them with everything they want.

Why Tasmania is permanently broke is another story, born out of Tasmania's awful European history as a dumping ground for British convicts and the genocide orchestrated by an elitist colonial regime.
The same kind of people that wiped-out the Tasmanian Aborigines and opposed ending convict transportation are still in government today. They are a corrupt, inward-looking gang of ideologues that only exist in regional outposts like Tasmania.

Both native forest and plantation eucalypts are used for woodchips. The plantation woodchips are FSC 'controlled wood' and 'chain of custody' and are all certified from one desk at Global-Mark North Ryde in Sydney.
The main eucalypt plantation players are Forico and Smartfibre. Forico are a front-end for British pension funds based in the Channel Islands. Forico bought Gunns 'genetically improved' e.nitens and e.globulus plantations. Smartfibre are a front-end for 'Reliance Forest Fibre' operating from a taxhaven in the Cayman Islands. Obviously the Tasmanian government are highly impressed by tax avoidance?

Smartfibre/Reliance are part of US Global Forest Partners. They 'leased' 29,000 hectares of Forestry Tasmania's pulpwood plantations on public land for 99 years. What an idiotic deal? Imagine what will be happening on this 'public' land a century from now?

Established at a cost of $3,348 per hectare, the Forestry Tasmania plantations are probably the worlds most expensive tree plantations. They were sold for just $2,093 per hectare and the public was informed on Facebook about the write-down of their asset.
Tasmanians went without medical treatment and adequate schooling to establish these ridiculously over-priced plantations. Where in the civilised world would the health minister put out a media release about the sale of trees?

THE PROBLEM WITH TREE PLANTATIONS
The Greens Party always supported tree plantations because they think plantations protect native forests. (The Greens have only just realised that ecological destruction is caused by global overpopulation). As a result tree plantations have had no political opposition in Tasmania.

For 2 decades there has been an effective propaganda campaign run by tree plantation companies to essentially cover-up the fact they are not growing normal trees.

The 2 eucalypt species used in Tasmania, nitens and bluegums have been intensively developed over a 30 year period. Tree breeding in Tasmania became a local obsession peaking in the late 80's and early 90's and resembling the 'Tulip Mania Bubble'. An island of half a million people had 3 or 4 university departments devoted to tree modification. They wrote endless papers, had conferences, tours and had a distorted idea of the importance of 'engineered trees'. The genetic tree breeders became an academic 'cult' insulating themselves from outside input.

ARE THE NITENS PLANTATIONS GENETICALLY ENGINEERED
Inside Tasmania believes it is now very difficult for Global-Mark, Forico and Global Forest Partners to prove the nitens breeding programs do not contain genetically engineered material.

The researcher above, Gillian Rasmussen spent at least a decade working with Dr Wayne Tibbits. They worked together at APPM in 1991 and at North Eucalypt Technologies and North Forest Products up until 2000.

The same Dr W.N.Tibbits now does FSC auditing for Global-Mark on the very trees he helped develop. Conflict of interest or something more sinister?

The probable vector of genetically modified material entering North Forest Products nitens breeding program was from 'overseas infusions'. Here genetic material was merged into the 'rolling front' clonal breeding program. The trees are created from cells, not seeds.

The 'genetic material' (above) from Fletcher Challenge may have been transgenic. "Since 1995, Fletcher Challenge Forests worked with Genesis Research and Development Corporation, New Zealand’s biggest biotechnology company, on research into genetic modification of trees".
In 1999 Fletcher Challenge Forests, Genesis, Monsanto, International Paper and Westvaco announced a US$60 million joint venture. The joint venture company, called ArborGen, produces genetically modified tree seedlings. In 2001 Rubicon was spun-off Fletcher Challenge Forests. ArborGen was bought-out by NZ company Rubicon last year.

Rubicon NZ or Rubicon Victoria?

There are Fletcher Challenge Forestry transgenic patents going back to 1997. The patents from Fletcher Challenge, Genesis, Rubicon and Arborgen involve the agrobacterium-mediated genetic modification of trees including eucalypts.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS FOR DR WAYNE TIBBITS
Back in 1986 Dr Tibbits wrote his thesis on 'Frost Resistance in Eucalyptus Nitens'. Unfortunately, selective breeding can only produce trees where frost resistance is the best result of natural selection over millions of years. It cannot produce the huge economic gains demanded by forestry companies. Why is frost resistance no longer an issue in 2018 and how was it solved?

In 1990 Dr Tibbits won a Churchill Scholarship around the world trip visiting many forestry biotech companies.

The above grab from Dr Tibbits Churchill report indicates he saw advantages in engineering sterile eucalyptus trees. Does Dr Tibbits still support genetically engineered trees? Does he support induced sterility in trees? If so why is he implementing the FSC 'no genetically modified trees' policy?

Does Dr Tibbits know why the tree plantations he audits do not produce seed and why plantation owners are forced to return to the clonal nursery to get their next rotation?
Did Dr Tibbits notice Gillian Rasmussen was 'engineering supertrees' in the lab they shared at Ridgley Northern Tasmania?
Does Dr Tibbits know why increased cell size for pulp wood is no longer a research priority when it was once so important?
Does Dr Tibbits know why reduced lignin content is no longer a research priority when it was once so important?

Does Dr Tibbits know why the 1997 Shell patent "Genetic transformation of eucalyptus species towards the modification of fibre characteristics" refers specifically to North Forest Products and Ridgley where he worked?

Tasmania Has A Minister For Gassing Horses?

Almost 6 months ago 16 prized polo ponies were gassed to death on the Bass Straight ferry Spirit of Tasmania. The ferry is operated by government-owned TT Line. At present Jeremy Rockliff (above right) is responsible for TT Line.

Now at the end of July, the government investigation into itself has failed to reveal what happened. Was Rockliff silenced by Premier Hodgman?

THE HORSES WERE GASSED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE
This is what we read on another Tas website (since removed)
16 horses were gassed to death at 2.00 am. In the middle of Bass Strait.
A second truckload of horses on the opposite side of the Spirit of Tasmania were not affected. 
Approximately 10 diesel powered refrigerated containers were in use very near to the horses.
Regulations limit the number of refrigerated containers to 2.

So why has it taken 6 months for the Hodgman government to discover nothing? 
The minister investigating what happened is Sarah Courtney Minister for Primary Industry.

Sarah, who appears to live the life of an entitled socialite is the minister responsible for the DPIPWE inquiry that appears to be protecting another incompetent minister.

Is this more corruption from people who are so self-absorbed and deluded they think they can cover-up gassing horses.


In light of no other information from the Hodgman government regarding the dead horses we have accepted this version as fact.

Why The Australian Government Bribed Kleptocrat Najib Razak

Now that Malaysia's serial kleptocrat Razak Najib has been arrested, Inside Tasmania has important questions for the Australian Government.

Securency International
Back in 2012 a whistleblower told a Melbourne court explosive allegations concerning systematic bribery of foreign officials. "eight former executives of Reserve Bank subsidiaries Securency and Note Printing Australia (NPA) are charged with foreign bribery offences.
The charges include paying alleged kickbacks in the form of inflated commissions worth millions of dollars to foreign agents and officials, including a Malaysian arms dealer, to secure bank-note contracts overseas."  The Reserve Bank of Australia is Australia's central bank and owned by the Commonwealth.

Wikileaks and the Suppression Order 
In July 2014 the Supreme Court of Victoria issued an extraordinary suppression order covering-up the names of officials bribed by the Reserve Bank. One of them is Najib Razak. Another is Mahathir Mohamed the man who replaced him as well as the current president of Indonesia. The list makes interesting reading.
Soon after Wikileaks published the suppression order in full.
The suppression order is between 'The Queen' which essentially means the Australian Government. Reporters Without Borders said "journalists are even forbidden to mention its very existence".
According to Wikipedia, ' Justice Hollingsworth revoked the suppression order in June 2015'.

The Moral Rights Of Governments Are The Same As Individuals
The Commonwealth of Australia covered-up naming the officials it had bribed on the false grounds of 'national security'. The case was about trade and commerce not about national security so why did the state have to lie about it's motives? The Commonwealth regularly prosecutes individuals for illegal activities yet provides itself with a get out of jail card. Believe it or not Australia has laws protecting whistleblowers but in practice our corrupt, colonial, imperialist legal system protects the criminals.

In June 2018 "A former spy who exposed an Australian bugging operation against the tiny nation of East Timor has been charged with criminal offences along with his lawyer, independent MP Andrew Wilkie has sensationally revealed in Parliament."
Again the corrupt Liberal neo-colonialists will claim this case is about 'national security' when it's really only about economics. What these politicians don't understand is that a moral code applies equally, without exclusions. This is the very reason the elitist world view is disintegrating.

We have lost nearly all manufacturing while the Liberal lawyers tell us we can make lattes and scones for each other. Our environment is dying while the Liberal lawyers tell us we need more foreigners mining coal and poisoning farmland. The truth is our Liberal government are simply psychopaths and need to be identified as such.

Grossly Overloaded Taiwanese Ship Loses 83 Shipping Containers Off Australia

UPDATE. Taiwanese shipping company Yang Ming, owners of the YM 'In'Efficiency made no attempt to recover the lost containers. At the time they said they would take 'full responsibility'.  SMH obtained the full container manifest under freedom of information. Read more here.

The fact is Steve Martin could have stood for the Senate as a National but he didn't. He stood for the Lambie network and when she had to resign he dumped on the people who voted for Jacquie. This is not how democracy works. There are angry voters out there.

Tasmania already has a distorted senate gaggle with 12 senators representing 500,000 people. Every Tasmanian is represented by 19 parliamentarians. The highest number of politicians per head in Australia. Remember that Steve Martin? You are just one of too many senators riding the gravy train. You were not even get elected by the people. You did it through the back door.

So what was it about the Nationals that you couldn't resist? Maybe it was the Barnaby Joyce love triangle that did it?

Time Running Out For Malaysian Hitman In Australia

Sirul Azhar Umar is in detention where he must prove that he did not mastermind the killing of the former lover of the ousted Malaysian PM’s confidant.

As Najib Razak was fighting the election that would end his controversial prime ministership of Malaysia, a former official of his political party quietly entered Australia’s Villawood detention centre to visit an inmate at the centre of one of the biggest scandals of Najib’s reign.
Two weeks ago, Datuk Khairul Anwar Rahmat, the former head of Najib’s United Malay National party’s youth wing, flew to Sydney and, with the approval of Australia’s department of home affairs, went straight to meet in private with Sirul Azhar Umar, a former police commando and hitman.
In 2009, Sirul was convicted in Malaysia and sentenced to death for the sensational murder of a Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaariibuu, in a case widely suspected to have links to Najib. A source told the Guardian that the Malaysian visitor was in Australia to deliver a message to his countryman: “Don’t say anything”.
Sirul is under pressure from Australian authorities to prove he did not mastermind the killing if he is to be deemed not a threat to the Australian community and granted a protection visa. His case is due to he heard within months and questions remain over whether he will be willing to implicate others in order to secure freedom in Australia for himself.

The killing of Altantuya Shaariibuu

One night in October 2006, Sirul and another member of Najib’s elite security contingent kidnapped and killed Altantuya Shaariibuu.

Altantuya Shaariibuu 

Altantuya, a Mongolian translator, was the former lover of Najib’s adviser and confidant, Razak Baginda.
She was abducted in front of Baginda’s Kuala Lumpur home and driven to a remote clearing on the outskirts of the city. There she was shot dead with a high-powered semi-automatic gun and her body destroyed with military grade explosives. She was pregnant.
Sirul and his fellow officer were found guilty of the murder in 2009 but no motive has ever been established. Neither of them had met Altantuya until they forced her into the back of a car. They had been directly engaged by Baginda to stop her harassing him for an alleged US$500,000 she claimed she was owed for her assistance in negotiating a French submarine deal.
The crime dogged Najib’s time in office – but a direct link between him and the murder has never been established. Najib has always denied any involvement or ever knowing Altantuya.
 ‘Boss, I am in difficulties here’ 
Sirul escaped to Australia in late 2014 when he was out on bail waiting for the judgment on an appeal against his conviction. When that conviction and death sentence were upheld by the Malaysian federal court in January 2015, Australian Federal Police arrested Sirul in Queensland after an Interpol alert. He had overstayed his tourist visa and was later transferred to Villawood.

With no time to pack, he left behind a thick trail of evidence as reported by Al Jazeera’s 101 East program in 2016. Page after page of his diaries listed high-powered government contacts, such as the chief of security for the prime minister and various other senior officials in the deputy prime minister’s office.

Three days before he was taken into custody in Australia, Sirul sent an SMS message to a close associate with ties to Malaysia’s intelligence agency.
“Greetings boss. I am in difficulties here. I want 2 million Australian dollars before boss (you) come to meet me… after that I want 15 million ... I will not return to Malaysia ever boss. I won’t bring down the PM.”
Four and a half hours later, the man replied: “They want to discuss.”
When Sirul was first incarcerated in Australia journalists were able to visit him. Just weeks after his arrest he reportedly told Malaysia’s online newspaper, Malaysiakini: “I was under orders, the important people with motive (to murder Altantuya) are still free.” He told the Sydney Morning Herald: “I am the scapegoat.”
After his detention, it was suggested that Sirul was gearing up to do a “tell all” interview from behind bars in Villawood. But soon after, Sirul had become off limits to journalists. Multiple requests from the  Guardian have been rejected by the Australian government.
However, the government has allowed Malaysian officials and their middlemen to meet with him regularly.

How Idiotic Australians Gave North West Tasmania To Communist China

This week we saw national coverage on the melt-down of 'Moon Lake Investments' owner of the largest dairy farm in the Southern Hemisphere. Moon Lake are a front company for the Chinese Communist Party. IT suspects this mass resignation from Moon Lake is not what it appears.

The 'resignation'- our view. The key Moon Lake directors were an ex-Forestry Tasmania CEO and an ex-state Labor treasurer with a degree in medicine. But why was a doctor and a forester working for a communist dairy company?

We do not think they resigned but were in fact pushed by the Chinese owners.
IT surmises they were almost useless to the Chinese when they realised a Liberal government had been narrowly re-elected in Tasmania. The Chinese wanted Tasmanian government money to build infrastructure for their dairy operation. They need a bigger airport close to Woolnorth in NW Tasmania to fly product out to China. The Chinese are losing money on this operation. They also want to water-down workplace regulations to allow Chinese workers to operate Woolnorth. The Labor-aligned directors would have almost no influence on the Liberal regime in Hobart. The state election sealed their fate.

2 years ago we blew the whistle on the Liberal conservatives who crippled Australia's national security by transferring North West Tasmania to a hostile superpower. The Liberals could have stopped this land grab, but for ideologues like Eric Abetz, blocking conservationist Jan Cameron from buying Woolnorth was more important than blocking a communist totalitarian dictatorship. IT believes Eric Abetz is a security risk to Australia.

Importantly, how did Australians get duped into thinking the People's Republic of China, with a population of 1.4 billion is a friendly nation or even a capitalist nation where individuals can own assets? All assets are owned by the state in China. If China really is a 'capitalist' country why hasn't Xi Jinping told anybody?
This is a country with no human rights, no elections and they actually farm cockroaches as well.

The fact is China is a population disaster with a huge proportion of males over females. They have been termed 'crony capitalist' and have morphed into a dictatorship with president Xi Jinping able to hold office for life. They are forced to expand by sheer numbers and with Russia and India around them and a nuclear US to the East, their softest target is dumb-assed Australia. Australia is already an economic vassal of Communist China. They have control of the Australian economy.

Both sides of Australian politics still see China as an unlimited market with unlimited money to spend on degrading Australia. Whoever is in power in Australia acts like a Chinese local agent. Current Tasmanian Premier Will Hodgman has made many trade visits to China including one with his opposition leader Bryan Green. If China wants our woodchips Liberal and Labor can't deliver them fast enough. We are fast approaching the point where China wants to flex real muscle in Australia rather than working through vacuous local agents.

How The Institute of Foresters Australia Destroyed The Nations Sawmills

We saw a Guardian article where Victorian sawmillers want access to national parks and water catchments, claiming they have fallen off a 'resource cliff'. Coincidently, we had just been talking to a friend about clear felling native forests and why regrowth forest does not produce sawlogs. The reason is too simple for university-educated foresters to understand.

Fact. All native forest harvesting in Australia looks like the above because this is the only way forests are harvested.
Fact. The 'coupes' (foresters term for permanently changing the landscape) are trucked-off to a woodchip plant and exported to only two Asian countries - China and Taiwan.
Fact. The coupes are re-planted with native forest for another 70 year regrowth cycle.

Native forests have trees of all ages - Regrowth coupes do not. So regrowth trees can start branching immediately.
Fact. Branching in hardwood eucalyptus timber does not produce sawlogs - they must be straight.
Fact. Most of the regrowth coupes are only good for woodchips.
Fact. The Institute of Foresters Australia which manages all state forestry operations has never noticed this happening which is why they are still doing it today.
In the past, selective harvesting kept native forests producing sawlogs indefinitely. Now, university trained 'foresters' with fake qualifications have destroyed one of the worlds great forestry assets.

Things are getting quite grubby for Australian PM Malcolm Turnbull. "No. No. No. I'm not going to, I'm not going to comment on it." That was Turnbull's hysterical response when asked a question about his son Alex Turnbull who claims to be a 1MDB whistleblower sidelined by banker Goldman Sachs.

Interestingly, Malcolm Turnbull once headed the Australian branch of Goldman Sachs where he was embroiled in the HIH, the largest corporate collapse in Australia's history with debts of $5.3billion.

Malaysia's Prime Minster Najib Razak helped set up the scandal-ridden 1MDB in 2009. A lawsuit filed by the US Department of Justice has accused him of receiving $US681 million in stolen funds from 1MDB.Mr Razak has denied these charges and claimed the money in his personal accounts was a gift from an unnamed Saudi prince." Wasn't Trump going to 'drain the swamp'? It now looks like he's the biggest resident of the swamp.
The actual problem is that conservative voters have low IQs. That's why they swallow the 'good guy with a gun' rubbish. Conservatives also believe the Earth should have an unlimited population so they can sell more garbage to each other while everything else gets degraded and wiped-out. It's also the big problem with Australia's Liberal Lawyers. Although John Howard banned guns in Australia he didn't mind slaughtering hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. In other words he was probably a racist. We suspect Trump and the NRA are also supported by people with racist ideals.
