Gays' Defense To Cross-Examine Greg L'Estrange
Interesting development in the Launceston Supreme Court today. According to the Mercury John Gays defence on alleged insider trading charges brought by ASIC, has obtained permission to cross-examine Gunns CEO Greg L'Estrange and secretary Wayne Chapman. If anybody knows what really happened on December 4th and 7th 2009 then these men probably do. If the current Gunns executives have been with holding information from ASIC then I sincerely hope John Gays legal team is able to extract the truth. At least for the sake of the Gunns shareholders who are now being forced to hang-on to their Gunns stock whether they want to or not by Greg L'Estrange and Wayne Chapman. Is this going to be a 3 month trading halt L'Estrange and Chapman have forced onto the market with the flimsiest of excuses?
