How Can Gunns Place Conditions On The Triabunna Sale?

The fact Gunns have sold the Triabunna wood chip mill with conditions attached shows how retarded Tasmanian business is. Imagine buying a house with the condition that you have to leave the garden and the paint scheme the way it was when you bought it? Bullshit isn't is? I don't think it's legal for Gunns to do this. Graeme Woods and Jan Cameron can do whatever they like with the real estate. Of course its going to force another big realignment onto the logging industry. Forestry Tasmania needs that loading facility to honor a contract with China. Why are Gunns attempting to help Forestry Tasmania sell native forests for furnace fuel in China? What have the bullshit 'Statement of Principles' got to do with this sale or with anything else in Tasmania? Who appointed charities to do Bryan Greens job? Tasmania deserves every bit of the pain they are going through now. There have been too many devious, corrupt maggots on all sides of the forestry debate for too long.
